Hi! I'm Coach Ingo, a counseling psychologist, and certified stress management trainer. After suffering through an agonizing 6 months of burnout, unable to work or do anything, or even care, I decided to study the phenomenon, heal myself, and help others do the same.
Over the past 20 years, I have studied and experienced various therapies on my self-healing journey, from clinical psychology to alternative therapies, and I've been able to help many clients in private and clinical practice with the techniques I have found.
